"Take You to The Sea" is what Belau, founded in 2015, says about its compositions. In the world of the duo (Péter Kedves, Krisztián Buzás), the longing and eternally hopeful mood meets the current electronic music basics. Belau's message is simple: let's try to break away from the everyday hustle and bustle and try to live in the moment. Accordingly, the goal is for the listener to go on an inner journey under the influence of the music, to hopeful and sunny places where he can switch off and find harmony. Belau's debut song was released at the end of 2015, entitled Island of Promise, which immediately achieved serious success. It was heard in many films and commercials, and was included in the songs of the year on several domestic portals.

Their debut album "The Odyssey" was released in November 2016, which contains 12 songs. Their album launch concert was held on the A38 Ship with a double sold out, the album won the Phonogram Award in the electronic music album of the year category. The songs on the disc were also played by BBC Radio 1, and in 2017 the band was included in the EBBA list as the only Hungarian. In 2018, their song Breath was praised by many international blogs and radio stations, and was also nominated for a Phonogram award. The band started playing concerts in 2016 and in two years gave more than 200 concerts in 22 countries, at festivals such as Primavera, Eurosonic, SXSW, Reeperbahn, Sziget, or Electric Castle. Among Belau's long-term goals is to create several thematic concept albums that will evoke the atmosphere of different geographical areas.
