GYÉMÁNT BÁLINT – OLÁH KRISZTIÁN DUO

Bálint Gyémánt, one of Hungary's finest jazz guitarists, has been strengthening diverse and exciting formations with his playing since the beginning, which, in addition to bearing the hallmarks of jazz and contemporary improvisational music, is also loved by audiences who like pop music. Pianist Oláh Krisztián builds his unique, dynamic music from the organic connection of classical musical elements and compositional techniques, as well as the improvisational flow and abstract rhythms of contemporary jazz. Their joint project, the guitar-piano duo with limitless possibilities, approaches jazz from the artistic side. The backbone of their program is their own compositions and arrangements specially arranged for this formation, but perhaps even more important is the continuous musical interaction and dialogue, which is one of the main characteristics of the duo.
